CREATIVE MINISTRY GRANT
1. Read the Foundation's Mission Statement and Grant Guidelines (on our About Our Grants page). If your mission is not consistent with our Mission Statement, your request will NOT be approved.
2. Submit a Letter of Intent to the post office box listed at the bottom of this page. The Foundation accepts Letters of Intent twice a year. (See our Spring and Fall submission timelines below.)
Letter of Intent requirements:

1st Page: Cast the vision of your ministry project.
Be sure that your vision is in keeping with The Foundation's grant criteria (See About Our Grants page).
Include contact information (phone and e-mail) of person submitting LOI.
2nd Page: Summarize your project's budget.
Include a brief description of how grant money would be spent.
